kern karnival


apparently, my body is a little confused right now. i've just started my 3rd week of early-morning-running & it's a bit interesting. i can run for about 40 minutes (max) before i hit the kern wall. my workouts are between 50 & 60 minutes, so you can imagine how interesting 5-10 minutes on the kern wall can be.

i have to watch myself on this one. i know myself & i'll be very tempted to ride the kern wall for too long. i love the challenge of seeing how far i can push the wall. i've been considering inventing some devices for this matter. i've also considered starting my run wearing a depend. if that doesn't work, i can always use the sani-huts along the way (yuck). i could try the front lawn thing, but that might be a bit awkward. i don't know.
