headed-out this morning (day off) @ about 6:45 to go on an easy 45-minute-er. temp was in high 50's w/a light breeze. the sun was shining through the cottonwood trees & the smell of honey-suckle permeated the air. the road was clear & it was me, God, & the views. life is good.
also, along for the ride was my new creative labs: muvo tx-fm. it has hundreds of songs (all i need) on it, fm radio, & sports band. oh the smell 
of flowers & technology in the morning. as i listened to some of my favorite bands, while running a comfortable pace, while soaking in the sun & views, i thanked God for all His beauty. i got emotional (no way, not me!) & was overcome by His blessings in the simple things.
i will continue to do this as long as i can: getting healthy, enjoying views, enjoying technology, smelling good smells, feeling the sun on my face, & sharing private moments w/my God who really cares (this is the most important). i am blessed. i want to give Him glory.

music makes all the difference in the world. all of a sudden an hour has gone by. it's pretty sweet.
